- Have Plan B Already Prepared
Anything can happen when you’re out on a date. A change in the weather, your date forgets to wear their
dancing shoes. If you have Plan B ready, you can easily
take a turn and save the day.
- Keep It Short
There’s nothing worse than planning an all-day event and
then finding out there is no chemistry.
1 or 2 hours is great for the first date.
- Arrive On Time
Being late on the first date will make your date feel like
your heart’s just not in it.
- Decide Together What To Wear in Advance
What if your date shows up in a suit, and all you were
planning was to workout together.
You don’t want to feel like a slob at a late
night dance club.
- Keep Compliments to a Minimum
Letting your date know you think their attractive is
great, however, if you continue to make comments your date
will get tired of hearing that and feel you are just
desperate.
- Leave Out the Drinks the First Time
Drinking on the first date will probably not bring out
your best qualities.
If you do plan to drink, try to remember to stop at
two.
- Are You Talking Too Much
Make an effort to keep a balance on how much each of you
talks. When
the balance tips, it’s likely signifying that someone is
not that interested.
